Whether you are new to our software, have been using it for years, bringing on new staff or implementing a new installation, we’re here to help you get the best results.
Starfleet is constantly creating new features so we always want to ensure you are getting the maximum benefit.
Training is carried out by experienced staff that have many years’ experience with Starfleet and also previously worked in Hospitality. Training is also oriented to the current staff requirements so as to make best use of training time.
We provide several options to carry out training for your convenience:
Remote via internet
$100*
- /Per 60-minute session.
- This is where your screen, keyboard and mouse are shared with us so both your staff and our trainer can see your data at the same time.
- This is best in a one-on-one situation.
- Note: This usually involves us having already set up a training system at your location to prevent upsetting or disruption to your working data.
Onsite
$780*
- /Per day plus all travel charges and accommodation at cost.
- This is where a member of our staff visits you at your location. We review your current procedures and operation prior to commencing training.
- We also usually include the option of setting up a training system to prevent disruption to your working data.
- It is strongly recommended that arrangements are made for the day-to-day operations so that staff can concentrate and are not distracted from training to ensure training is as effective as possible.
Meeting room
$780*
- /Per day plus any equipment hire, all travel charges and accommodation at cost.
- If training is not practical either remotely or on site at the property then separate facilities can be can be arranged for group training sessions.
*All pricing is in AUD and excludes GST. At our discretion, transit travel costs may be waived.
